YOGA at Night
Every Monday | 6:00pm-7:00pm | Calistoga Fit Studio
Whether you are new to yoga or have a strong practice, this class is for you! Traditional yoga poses set to today's music. Move through yoga poses with fun and motivating music. This class focuses on moving with the flow rather than on alignment. One hour of FUN - suitable for all levels. Adults only.

This shallow water aqua class focuses on using the natural resistance of the water to tone and challenge the muscles in a joint friendly manner. All levels are welcome.

Zumba at night

Join the original dance-fitness party! With Zumba fitness classes, you can just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape. Zumba dance workout classes feature exotic rhythms and high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you’ll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring.

Aqua Dance mixes dancing with traditional water exercises. Twist, stretch and laugh through this safe workout to improve cardiovascular fitness and tone your body. No previous dance experience required.

Utilizing light weights and resistance bands, this total body workout is designed to build strength and increase muscle mass for those with any joint issues.
