YOGA at Night
Every Monday | 6:00pm-7:00pm | Calistoga Fit Studio
Whether you are new to yoga or have a strong practice, this class is for you! Traditional yoga poses set to today's music. Move through yoga poses with fun and motivating music. This class focuses on moving with the flow rather than on alignment. One hour of FUN - suitable for all levels. Adults only.
Youth indoor tennis
Every Monday & Wednesday | Calistoga Boys & Girls Club
Ages 6-10 | 4:00-4:45pm
Ages 11-15 | 4:45-5:30pm
Beginners tennis skills clinic with tennis pro Michael Skalla. Participants will learn and build on the fundamentals of the sport and develop match play skills.
teen boxing class
Every Wednesday | 3:00pm-4:00pm | Calistoga Teen Center
This 5-week program is designed for 13 to 17-year-old boys & girls looking to stay active and build self confidence.
You will learn basic boxing skills, such as proper footwork and punching techniques and practice engaging drills like the heavy bag. Additionally, you will learn how to maximize your stamina and strength levels while enhancing your motor coordination.
Participants must register with the Boys & Girls Club.

Zumba at night

Join the original dance-fitness party! With Zumba fitness classes, you can just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape. Zumba dance workout classes feature exotic rhythms and high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you’ll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring.
Fit Walk - Walking Group
Every Friday | 10:00am-10:30am | Calistoga Fit Studio
Start your weekend off with a 30-minute moderate paced walk around Pioneer Park. You can expect to build muscle, increase mobility, and improve stamina with low impact bodyweight exercises and stretches. And, of course, you'll get to meet and enjoy the company of other Calistoga locals!
Low Impact Tone
Every Friday | 10:30am - 11:15am | Calistoga Fit Studio
If you have any joint issues, this class is for you! You'll utilize light weights and resistance bands to build strength and increase muscle mass for a total body workout.
