Trainer Notes

Choose from one of the following cardio selections. Complete a 5-10 minute warm-up at 50% intensity. You will complete 5 Rounds with 40 seconds at the fast pace and 20 seconds at the slower pace. Followed by 5 minutes at a medium pace then repeat Round 1 a second time.

BIKE: Max at Medium High / Slow at Low
ELLIPTICAL: Max / Slow at Medium Resistance
TREADMILL WALK: 3.0 - 4.0 at 4% -6% incline / Feet on Side Rails
TREADMILL RUN: 6.0 - 10.0 at 2% - 3% incline / Feet on Side Rails
ROWING: -2:30 / +2:30
