Choose from one of the following cardio selections. You will complete 5 Rounds with 2 minutes at the fast pace and 1 minute at the slower pace.

BIKE: 60+rpm at Medium Resistance / 60+rpm at Light Resistance
ELLIPTICAL: 120+ at Light Resistance / 120+ at Medium Resistance
TREADMILL WALK: 3.5+ at 5% incline / 3.0 mph at 5% incline
TREADMILL RUN: 7.0+ / 3.0 at 3% incline
ROWING: -2:30 / +2:30
