SMALL GROUP TRAINING:
This program is designed to provide participants private training in a small group atmosphere. Our trainers will be able to work with you to help you achieve your specific health goals. Each month you will receive a fitness assessment to track your progress. We will offer six classes per week exclusive to our small group training participants for up to four people. Classes will include aerial yoga, equipment pilates and strength training to name a few.

Pilates Equipment Training
All private pilates sessions take place at the Calistoga Fit Pilates Studio which features pilates reformer and box, spring wall, TRX suspension and a spine corrector barrel. Pilates offers core and whole body conditioning which improves posture, produces long, lean muscles while building strength. Each session will be designed specifically for your bodies needs.
