A variety of private training options are available.  Using an innovative approach to training, each program combines traditional weight lifting techniques and prehab exercises to reduce injury, increase muscle tone and burn fat.

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

This program is designed to provide participants private training in a  small group atmosphere. Your trainer work with you to help you achieve your specific health goals. Each month you trainer will check in with your progress to assess that you are on track to reach your goals.

Release & Recover

Our team of trainers are now offering 15 and 30 minutes of one-on-one assisted stretching sessions designed to prevent injury, increase flexibility and improve alignment. 

15-minute session can be added to any personal training session or post-class. 

30-minute session includes the addition of targeted deep tissue massage utilizing the Hypervolt. 

FITNESS ASSESSMENT

One time health fitness assessment and training session.
