What it is: With just 10 minutes a day, get in the habit of a daily yoga practice. The specific sequence of daily poses will strengthen and stretch your body in a holistic way, helping you feel lighter, stronger and more at ease.
What is provided: You’ll receive exclusive access to the closed Facebook Group Jen’s 10. Every day Jen will post a 10-minute video sequence to that group. You can receive direct feedback and tips by posting photos or short videos of your own daily practice.
Only other Jen’s 10 participants will be able to see your posts. Together we can encourage, support, and celebrate each other’s progression. (If you do not want to post your progress, you can send videos and photos to Jen’s email for private viewing).
How it works: Every 27 days we will shift our focus to work on our progressions
Focus - Day 1-27: Foundations, alignment, & core strength – Whether you are strong in your practice or brand new to yoga, working on the foundations can help create better alignment and core strength. This will transfer nicely into our next focus.
Focus - Day 28-54: Backbends, spinal mobility, balance - This 27 day focus takes us into the back body and gives us the necessary strength to create better balance and increased mobility in our spine. You’ll find yourself doing beautiful backbends by the end of the focus.
Focus - Day 55-81: Flexibility & muscle activation - This section of Jen’s 10 will give you the tools you need to be more flexible, so you can achieve more mobility and become more comfortable in your daily movements.
Focus - Day 82-108: Grace & flow - In this last section you will learn how to flow gracefully between poses & begin to create your own poses. You will learn advancing poses and how to progress your beginning poses into the full posture. You’ll get to see all your hard work from the previous sections come together!
