Trainer In Residence - Rudys Santana


We are excited to welcome Rudys Santana back to Calistoga Fit for a variety of fitness classes through out the weekend.  Can't make it to the classes Rudys is also available for Private Training sessions during the weekend. 

FRIDAY
4:30 - 5:15pm
TRX Mobility: Need to work on flexibility or recovering from an injury? This suspension training class focuses on using the TRX to help deepen stretches in very common tight spots such as the chest, shoulders, back and hips.

5:30 - 6:15pm
Core Fusion: Participants will utilize props such as stability balls, BOSU balls, body bars, weights, bands and much more to build abdominals, obliques and lower back muscles. 

SATURDAY
8:00 - 9:15am
Boxing & Bootcamp: Donavan and Rudys are teaming up for boxing and strength class.  They will challenge your core, cardio, strength, speed, hand-eye coordination and it's just fun to hit something.

SUNDAY
8:00 - 9:30am
Spin-Lift-Swim Retreat: Rudys will take you through this 90-minute triathlon inspired workout that starts with 30-minutes of spin, followed by a 30-minute circuit workout and concluded with 30-min pool workout. 
Member - $35
Non-Member - $55
