Small Group Training

This program is designed to provide participants private training in a small group atmosphere. Our trainers will be able to work with you to help you achieve your specific health goals. Each month you will receive a fitness assessment to track your progress.  We will offer six classes per week exclusive to our small group training participants for up to four people.  Classes will include aerial yoga, equipment pilates and strength training to name a few.  This program is limited to 20 people so let us know if you are interested in joining.
