The Calistoga Fit program for MOCC patients has been so rewarding. Even though I didn’t feel like working out, my appointment with Jordan, made me get out of the house and move. I was pleasantly surprised at how she would engage in conversation with me on how I was feeling and adjust workouts accordingly. I would always leave with more energy and a sense of strength. Motivating trainers
Motivating trainers and instructors. Clean facilities. Fun and challenging classes. Centrally located in downtown Calistoga. Well managed with interesting and unique retreats, small group training sessions, and a variety of classes offered throughout the day (i.e. spin, yoga, water aerobics, tennis and ski conditioning, boot camp, boxing, pilates, TRX, etc. etc. etc.). Do yourself a favor, and join this gym; you won't be disappointed, and you won't want to go anywhere else! - Alycia
Great instructors and facility
Great Instructors, fun and motivating classes and several to choice from. or if you want to work out on your own you have all you need. Free weights, weight and cardio machines. Perfect place for a beginner to advanced. Not your typical intimidating gym you feel welcomed and comfortable at any level your at. - Trish
Creative and knowledgeable personal trainer
I have worked with other trainers in the past but never for more than a year. I have been a client of Donavan's for nearly seven years now and have no reason to change that situation anytime soon. His level of knowledge of anatomy and body mechanics far surpass most of my previous training experiences. This coupled with his innovative workouts and extreme flexibility in adapting to travel schedules have made it easy to stay with him. - Chris

For the first time in my life, I have a professional coach who doesn’t care if I’m a big woman, but is truly focused on me and getting me to healthy. Donovan is changing the way I think…a little at a time. My exercise has gone from zero to an average of 4-5 times a week (with a goal of more). My diet choices are improving daily. - Denise
Weight loss with results
I have lost 25.8 lbs., 19.1 total inches, 12% body fat, gained 2.2 lbs. of muscle = total loss of 28 lbs. of fat. My body fat has been reduced from 32.2% to 20.3%. I’ve been working out at Calistoga Fit since I moved to Calistoga two years ago, and I love it. The gym is always clean, well stocked, and it has all the equipment and machines I want, without being overwhelming. The staff and team are all super, and Donavan and Jacqi (owners) are totally wonderful and inspiring. I’ve been training with Donavan for almost a year and he is the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. If you are in town or if you live in the area I absolutely encourage you to go get your sweat on there! - Molly
