Where should I start?

The ideal starting spot is either at the Foundation 1 or 2 workouts program.

How much weight should I use?

When choosing weight it depends on the exercise, your fitness level and the machine/equipment you are using.  We recommend you choose a weight that is challenging to where the last 3-5 reps feel challenging WITHOUT sacrificing your form.  For timed circuits you should choose a weight that is challenging enough to keep the movement fluid for the the full time without sacrificing your form.

Can I do more reps than is recommended?

Yes, you can do more reps as long as you have correct form. On your next set add more weight as the reps are set to fit the design of that particular program.

Do I need to join a gym to do the programs?

No, these programs can be done anywhere. If you do not have weights at home, the workouts can be done with the use of resistance bands.

when should I eat in relation to my workouts?

Each person is different, ideally you want to consume your meal at least 2 hours prior to your workout and/or 30 minutes post workout.

If i’m doing a training program how many classes should I do a week?

Each program has classes built into the design of the program. If you would like to do additional Restore or Resortative yoga classes they can be done as desired.

Do I have to be flexible to do yoga?

No you don’t have to be flexible to do yoga… It’s an urban myth that people who are tight can't do yoga. Yoga isn’t just stretching its extremely toning, calming, meditative, spiritual, healing and opening. Flexibility is only one aspect of it. Once you practice yoga for a period of time naturally you will gain flexibility with a myriad of other benefits.
